You can use Sportlyzer Training Planner to create a training plan for you. This means that if you have told us what your goals are, we can help you with the difficult training planning process. If you haven’t created your goals yet, follow this tutorial before you can start using the planner, and let us know what you are training for.

If you are using a heart rate monitor by Suunto, Polar or Garmin, or a smart body analyzer by Withings, you can use the automatic syncing from their database. This means that everything you upload from your watch or gear is automatically uploaded to Sportlyzer too.

Now you don’t have to process every payment separately at Sportlyzer. We have introduced credit card payments which automatically subtract the necessary amount from your balance. We are also working on other payment methods, which will hopefully become available soon.

If you are a coach at your club then a) you already have created or someone has invited you to a club (and to specific training groups) in Sportlyzer or b) you need to create an online club profile and set up training groups yourself.

As a new feature, copy-paste function for training planning is now available in Sportlyzer. After creating the plan for current week, when you need to use a similar plan for the next week, just copy and paste the week and make necessary modifications later. Let’s take a closer look.

Created a club and now want to assign coach and admin rights to members? Go to your club’s Dashboard view. There is a gear-wheel-like ‘user management’ button behind every User (on the right side of the page). Click it and choose either ‘Make coach‘ or ‘Make admin‘ or both.
