Copy-paste individual trainings, one day or the whole week

July 11, 2013 - Posted by

As a new feature, copy-paste function for training planning is now available in Sportlyzer. After creating the plan for current week, when you need to use a similar plan for the next week, just copy and paste the week and make necessary modifications later. Let’s take a closer look.

1. Make sure you have selected the preferred athlete or group in the club’s ‘Coaching’ tab.

2. To have more room in the weekly planning section, you might want to hide the annual training planning clipboard by clicking ‘Hide graph’ (if necessary).

3. Go to the week (or day, or training) you want to modify and right click on it. Then choose the action you need. Note that when pasting on a row (or week) that is already filled, the new trainings will be added to the previous ones (nothing is deleted). You can then delete old trainings manually by right clicking on them.

That’s it!

If you are not familiar with it yet, take a look at the tutorial of how to design an annual training plan for your athletes in Sportlyzer.
