New Era Combines Admin and Coaching Tools
A few days into 2016, we can proudly announce where we reached in 2015: Sportlyzer now combines club administration and coaching tools into a single platform.
This was the beginning of a new era. Now we are determined to become the leading club and training management software for youth and amateur sports in Europe.
But let’s back up a bit.
What exactly changed?
We wanted to simplify the daily struggles of managers and coaches, so we added an extensive set of admin features to upgrade the existing coaching platform. Here are the most important changes (and why they are so special):
Athletes database
- Easy recruitment:
- Online membership application form – share it on your club’s website.
- Digital agreements – send and sign digital agreements via email.
- Comprehensive athlete profiles.

- Schedules – plan workouts, events, competitions and add recurring weekly plans.
- Sharing – via emails or on your club’s website.
- Attendance tracking – coaches can easily mark attendance and managers will automatically receive reports.
- Availability – athletes can mark their availability for the scheduled events.
- Athlete’s training history – automatically created from schedules and attendance reports.

- SMS – send SMS to any group or subset of your club.

Invoicing
- Invoices – send to groups or individual athletes.
- Projects – create a project with separate payments (e.g. for training camps).
- Payment tracking – have a clear overview of athletes’ payment history.
- Track debtors – easily track debtors and send them reminders.
- Sync with accounting – you can instantly send the copies of new invoices (or export invoices to CSV format file) to your accountant.
