Track attendance of training groups

February 22, 2013 - Posted by

When you train a group of people, you usually track attendance of all the athletes. Now you can do this in Sportlyzer and even enter these workouts to all of their diaries with one click.

1. Before you can start tracking attendance, you need to plan workouts for this group. Click ‘Group plan’ button on the Members’ view of your club. In case you don’t have a training group yet, you can create one by clicking the ‘Create subgroup’ button.

2. Enter workouts for the group! Learn more about designing annual training plans.

3. Now go to Attendance tab and choose a workout.

4. Mark athletes who were present and click ‘Save attendance’. If you want to log their training as well then click ‘Add to athletes’ diaries’. If you want to log training only for a selection of athletes then start by marking only their attendance and add training to their diaries. After that mark the rest of the athletes and mark their attendance as well.
