Stroke rate from Rowing in Motion

Good news for all rowers – Rowing in Motion now allows the export of stroke rate data! This means that you can import it to Sportlyzer and merge it with data from your watch or other sources (if necessary).
After the import, you can find the stroke rate (named as cadence) under the workout details or on the statistics pages. If you have tracked any other parameters (heart rate, time, speed or the route with GPS) then they will also be imported to Sportlyzer along with the stroke rate data.
Rowing in Motion has created a short post about how to export the files. Check it out from here -> Export your recorded Rowing Sessions.
