New release brings even more clarity
We’re happy to announce that we have launched a new version of Sportlyzer today!
We’ve made changes that are designed to make your life as a coach and club manager more easily managable by removing extra data from your view and letting you focus on important information only.
So, what has changed?
Privacy settings for clubs
You have enough information to process already, so we decreased the amount of it and added more clarity to your training groups, messages and athletes profiles. Changing the privacy settings means that you will now have a more clear view of the information available to you.
- Coach will see athletes only in his/her training groups
We have changed the interface so that the coach will see athletes only in his/her training groups. This update creates a better structure of your training groups and a quicker access to them. But first, club manager has to either assign coach to the training group or training group to a coach. - Coach is able to change or delete workouts where he/she is coaching
Coach can still view all of the workouts, but can only make changes to his/her own workouts.
- Staff will now see their own messages only
You now have access solely to your own messages, others (except the recipient of course) won’t see these.
- Extra privacy for athletes profiles
As we wanted relevant information to be more distinctive, delicate information will not be available to everyone but only for those who need to see it. For example, coaches will have access to information that is most important to them (everything related to training and primary contact information), while managers will see information, that is more important to them.
Some extra
Besides the privacy changes, we have added something that a lot of coaches and club managers were waiting for – you can now add attachments to all the emails you send. This means that you can now send all pictures, training files or whatever you need to your athletes, their parents or your colleagues. And as you already know, all your contact lists are easily updated and always accessible 24/7.
