Mark Athletes’ Attendance From Your Phone

February 25, 2016 - Posted by

Do you want to be able to mark athletes’ attendance in seconds from your phone? See how easy the process is on Sportlyzer!

Marking attendance during the training session

Usually, coach scribbles the names of participants on a paper and later manually inserts each name into an Excel file, Google Drive, etc. Or even worse, coach doesn’t have time to write down anything and at the end of the day tries to remember who attended. But with the Sportlyzer Coach Diary app, this whole process is done in seconds and no-one is forgotten.

When you have downloaded the app, sign in with your Sportlyzer account details (register here if you don’t have an account yet).

Find the previously planned workout(s) from the Calendar and tick everyone who are at the practice. This is how easy marking attendance is on Sportlyzer!

If you don’t have internet connection during practice, don’t worry, you can still mark attendance. Changes will sync with the system once your phone gets reconnected to the internet.
