Today we’re glad to announce that we have released a new version of Sportlyzer with some cool additions and improvements. Based on customer feedback, we’ve tweaked some things around, upgraded our translations in seven languages and also launched our Help Center to help you master the Sportlyzer platform. Here’s an overview of the six major updates.

1. Sportlyzer Help Center launched

We have released an easy-to-access online support center to help you master the Sportlyzer platform as comfortably and quickly as possible. Whether it’s a question about Invoicing or Expert Coaching, you will get your answer to get you off and running with Sportlyzer in no time.

2. Better organized navigation for club managers

Manage clubs

First off, a little change in the layout of the site for club managers to improve your navigation. Your club settings and billing information are all together on the top left hand menu, the apps can be accessed from the center and your personal information on the top right menu and. A quicker access means a better overview!

3. Seven new languages fully available

Our platform is now fully translated into 9 languages! We have done major translation upgrades to fully support Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Finnish and Lithuanian languages. So if you ever thought your coaches or athletes may lack some English knowledge to use Sportlyzer, now’s your chance to get on board in your own language.

Welkom! Wilkommen! Bienvenue! Bienvenido! Benvenuto! Tervetuloa! Sveiki atvyke!

4. Exporting members and their data

Export members
A few clicks and done! Exactly the information you need.

A feature that will be godsend to most of the sports club managers. You can now export data from your membership database, choosing filters such as group, age, city or any other to get exactly the information you need.

Simply go to Members and click “Export”, select the filters and information you need to export from Sportlyzer and you will get an Excel file. This allows you to send data from the club to others or to edit it in bulk in Excel and the reupload it to Sportlyzer.

Here’s more information on how to do it.

5. Club Calendar and Athlete Diary sync

This cool update syncs our club management and athlete features. A coach can now mark attendance using the club calendar app and the same data will appear in the Athlete Diary as a completed workout. Also, if an athlete attends a workout, competition or an event with an invitation, it will automatically sync with the Diary as well. An effective way to log your workouts and competitions!

This is especially useful for clubs dealing with young members who may not be the most diligent ones logging their training diary. A coach can now simply mark their attendance and the training log will build itself!

6. Improved member import from Excel for club managers

member import

Sports clubs usually start their Sportlyzer experience by importing their club member list to Sportlyzer platform from an Excel file where they currently keep their data. We have now made it even more easier than before, with a cool new visual layout and a simpler flow of doing things.

7. A lot of minor updates and fixes

Sportlyzer keeps on developing every day. Keeping up with the times and tweaking the system is an ongoing process to offer you the best service a sports club can wish for. Stay tuned for future updates!
